Our service

We provide maintenance, refurbishment and property improvement services across South and West Yorkshire. Any quote, estimate or figure produced by our online tools is indicative only and does not constitute a binding offer. A fixed quotation is issued only after we have reviewed the work on site or from the details and photographs you provide.

Your enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, photo quote request, visit request or survey, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information. You are responsible for the content of any photographs or details you upload, and you confirm that you have the right to share them with us for the purpose of preparing a quotation.

No warranty of accuracy

Calculators and cost estimators are provided as a general guide to help you plan. They rely on the figures you enter and on the rates published at the time of use. We do not warrant that the results will match the final cost of your project, which depends on site conditions, materials, access and the confirmed scope of work.

Quotations and payment

A written quotation is valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise. Work is carried out under the terms set out in the quotation and any separate agreement you sign with us. Payment terms, including any deposit or staged payments, will be confirmed in that document.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or its tools. Our liability for any work we carry out is limited to the value of that work as set out in the agreed quotation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be shown on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
